March 3 2008 Terra Kulture, Victoria Island - MWEB Nigeria Staff kicked off a week-long training on Strategic and Team Building Workshop. It was facilitated by Mike Harper of Harper Consulting USA.

The workshop was conducted to expose its staff to the various strategies involved in keeping and maintaining ones' subscriber base and also enjoy the job while at it. The Team building was to allow the staff bond well with one another and air their various views and opinions on how to achieve 100% Customers Satisfaction.

According to the General Manager of MWEB Nigeria, John Ugbe," the objective of the training is to allow the various departments mix and bond well on a neutral ground, understand one another and also be aware that all departments and every member of staff is an integral part of the organization.

A new vision for the company was agreed upon and all members of staff added their signature to it," this he says 'is to make everyone feel utmost responsibility in making the vision and goals of the company a reality"

"Our aim is for us to have happy, loyal, consistent staff that would invariably give bring about happy and loyal subscribers", he concluded.
